We are committed to delivering high-quality cakes, sweets, and professional service.
1.Order Policy
Orders must be placed 24–48 hours in advance. Custom cakes may require a 50% advance.
2.Payment Policy
We accept Cash, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and online gateways. No card details are stored.
3.Delivery Policy
Delivery timing depends on distance and traffic. Customers should check the cake upon receipt.
4.Return & Refund Policy
Refund not applicable if:
– Cake is cut/consumed
– More than 1 hour after delivery
– Cake damaged due to customer storage
Refund applicable if:
– Severe delivery damage
– Wrong design
– Verified mistake from our side.
5.Customer Support Policy
Support hours: 10 AM – 10 PM.
6.Cake Storage Guidelines
Store at 4°C. Do not keep at room temperature for more than 2 hours. Fresh cream cakes best within 24 hours.
7.Fair Use Policy
We maintain honesty, transparency, and fair pricing.
